All the girls of the Home are given training in Tailoring. Before they finish their High School, they all become fully trained tailors.

Like wise, Boys are given training in Honey bee farming. They tackle with Italian Mellifra Bees. Training is being given in gentle handling, Multiplication of Hives, gathering honey etc., These kind of trainings help them to be busy in their routine life, It gives them courage to over come all the obstacles of their life's.

Every year a scholarship is being granted to the "BEST OUT GOING STUDENT" of C.S.I (CMM) High School and C.S.I Gell Memorial Girls Hr. Sec. School.

The scholarship is extended up to 5 years.

Every year 15 poor students were selected apart from the inmates of The Happy Home and they were given Scholarships to continue their studies or for Computer Education, Higher Education or Technical Trainings.
